Single Use of Cards/Vouchers:

  • The card or voucher can only be used once.

Case-Sensitive Codes:

  • Electronic vouchers and cards are case-sensitive. Please enter the code exactly as shown.

Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable:

  • Electronic vouchers and cards viewed from your account or delivered via email or SMS are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a defect caused by the issuing company.

Responsibility for Incorrect Purchases:

  • Now Card Store does not take responsibility for incorrect purchases caused by negligence or the entry of false/incorrect information, which may result in damages or losses. By purchasing any electronic voucher or card, you acknowledge and accept Now Card Store’s disclaimer of liability.

Loss or Damage of Products:

  • After receiving your order, Now Card Store is not responsible for any loss or damage to the purchased product. Any such loss or damage is solely the buyer's responsibility.

Refund Process Duration:

  • Refunds via bank transfer or electronic payment may take between 24 hours to 5 business days to process.

Refund Fees:

  • A 3% deduction will be applied to the refunded amount for transactions made via Visa or MasterCard, as this is a bank processing fee.
