Shipping and Delivery Policy – Digital Codes

At Now Card Store, we are committed to providing our customers in Saudi Arabia and abroad with a fast and secure shopping experience. We ensure a clear and accurate delivery process for all digital codes once payment has been successfully completed.

1. Delivery Time

Digital codes are usually delivered instantly after successful payment.

In rare cases, a slight delay may occur due to technical factors or manual order review. In such cases, delivery will be completed within 5 minutes to a maximum of 3 hours.

2. Delivery Method

Digital codes are sent to the customer through one of the following methods:

• WhatsApp messages to the phone number registered in the order.
• SMS messages, if available.
• Email, if necessary.

3. Working Hours

Our customer service team operates almost around the clock, ensuring that orders are processed and followed up continuously so customers can receive their codes as quickly as possible.

4. In Case of Delay

If any technical delay or unexpected issue occurs, the store team will manually review the order and deliver the code within no more than one hour from the time of review.

Customers will be notified of any updates or changes regarding their orders.

5. Delivery Coverage

The digital code delivery service is available worldwide, not limited to Saudi Arabia.

Any customer can complete their purchase through the Salla payment gateways available on the platform and easily receive their codes.

6. Issues and Refund Policy

If the customer encounters any issue with a received code, our support team will conduct a full verification of the case.

If the issue is confirmed to originate from the store’s side, the customer will be compensated or have the code replaced immediately after verification.

All cases are handled promptly and transparently to ensure customer satisfaction.
